Once Jumped

Stepping off,
she flew weightless,
unencumbered.
Was it motionless,
uncertain.
All those mistakes,
gone now,
or soon gone,
like turning off the radio,
silent,
vacant,
unwanted.
Changing her mind,
perhaps she could try again,
give life another chance,
be a better person,
responsible,
respectable.
Sorry lass,
once jumped,
the end is nigh,
the end is here.
